All guests are required to rinse off before entering the cold plunges or saunas to remove any lotions, oils, deodorants, or hair products. After using the sauna, please rinse off thoroughly before using the cold plunges. Your cooperation helps us maintain a hygienic environment for all.

2. What are contrast therapy sessions?

Contrast therapy involves alternating between hot and cold treatments to stimulate circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and accelerate recovery. At Cold Summer, we offer cold plunge sessions and traditional or infrared saunas to provide a comprehensive contrast therapy experience. Typically, guests alternate between heat and cold therapies during their session, spending about 15 minutes in the sauna and 3 minutes in the cold plunge, repeating this cycle three times.

Our facility offers both traditional and infrared saunas, each providing unique benefits. Infrared saunas use light to heat your body directly, while traditional saunas heat the air around you.

5. How do dry needling and cupping therapy work?

Dry needling involves inserting thin needles into trigger points in your muscles to relieve pain and improve mobility. Cupping therapy uses suction cups to enhance blood flow, relieve muscle tension, and promote healing.

Booking a session is easy! You can reserve your spot through our website or by contacting our friendly team directly. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time as we get filled up pretty fast from time to time.

11. What should I bring for my session?

For most sessions, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and for contrast therapy we recommend swimwear or athletic clothing. We provide all necessary amenities, but you may want to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

12. Are there any health conditions that may prevent me from participating in your therapies?

If you have any health conditions or concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider before participating in our therapies. Our team is also available to answer any specific questions you might have about our services.

13. What are your operating hours?

Our operating hours are Sun - Fri 8am - 8pm and Sat - 8am - 9pm. We are open 7 days of the week and look forward to welcoming you during these times!

14. How do I cancel my membership?

Our memberships are subscription-based with recurring payments. To cancel, just follow the easy steps in our cancellation policy.

What to Expect on Your Visit

Bring a bathing suit or dry-fit sportswear – whatever you're comfortable getting wet in. We provide towels and sandals if needed.

When you arrive, check in at the front desk, then slip off your shoes and leave them in the shoe rack to keep our studio spick-and-span.

We've got two private changing rooms and lockers to store your belongings while you enjoy your contrast therapy.

A friendly team member will guide you through the contrast therapy experience. If you're more experienced, we’ll give you the space to focus.

Timing Tips:

Cold Plunge Duration: Recommended time ranges from 2-3 minutes based on your experience. While some suggest up to 10 minutes, benefits can be gained from just 2-3 minutes. New to cold plunges? Even a 30-second dip is perfectly fine—just gradually extend your time as you become more comfortable.

Sauna Duration: Typically lasts between 10-20 minutes.

For the best results, we recommend alternating between sauna and cold plunge. Most guests spend about 15 minutes in the sauna followed by 3 minutes in the cold plunge, repeating this cycle up to three times.

After your session, change back into your clothes and enjoy the amazing benefits of contrast therapy. We are thrilled to be part of your wellness journey!
