Cold Summer is a community wellness studio offering cold plunge tubs, sauna sessions, and holistic therapies. Whether you're here to recover, reset, or just relax — you’re in the right place.
Do I need to book ahead?
We recommend it! Booking online guarantees your spot and helps us keep the flow smooth for everyone. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
What should I bring?
Just bring yourself, a swimsuit, towel, and good energy.
Should I shower before using the tubs or sauna?
Yes, please! A quick rinse helps us keep the water clean and the space fresh for everyone.
How cold are the cold plunges?
Our tubs are usually between 47–55°F, but we can adjust based on your preference.
Can I use the sauna and cold plunge back-to-back?
Absolutely - that’s the magic of contrast therapy! Many guests rotate between hot and cold for optimal benefits. We’ll guide you if you’re new.
How long is each session?
Standard sessions are 45–60 minutes. Memberships and multi-session packages are available if you’re looking to make this part of your regular routine.
I’m new - is this for me?
Yes! We love first-timers. Whether you’re an athlete, healer, or just curious, we’re here to make sure you feel welcome and supported every step of the way.
What to Expect on Your Visit
Check in with one of our friendly team members - we’re here to help! You’ll find private changing rooms and lockers available to store your belongings while you enjoy your contrast therapy session.
Please bring a bathing suit or dry-fit activewear - whatever you feel comfortable getting wet in. Don’t forget a towel!
At Cold Summer, we prioritize cleanliness to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. All guests are required to rinse off before entering the cold plunges or saunas to remove any lotions, oils, deodorants, or hair products. After using the sauna, please rinse off thoroughly before using the cold plunges. Your cooperation helps us maintain a hygienic environment for all.

Team Support:
A friendly team member will guide you through the contrast therapy experience. If you're more experienced, we’ll give you the space to focus.
Timing Tips:
Cold Plunge Duration: Recommended time ranges from 2-3 minutes based on your experience. While some suggest up to 10 minutes, benefits can be gained from just 2-3 minutes. New to cold plunges? Even a 30-second dip is perfectly fine - just gradually extend your time as you become more comfortable.
Sauna Duration: Typically lasts between 10-20 minutes.
For the best results, we recommend alternating between sauna and cold plunge. Most guests spend about 15 minutes in the sauna followed by 3 minutes in the cold plunge, repeating this cycle up to three times.
After your session, change back into your clothes and enjoy the amazing benefits of contrast therapy. We are thrilled to be part of your wellness journey!
